Well, then the problem becomes - what makes you say/think homosexuality is wrong. From what I've seen, its not a conscious choice someone made, so how can you really say the person is doing something wrong?

Most arguments against rights or equal treatment for gay couples are incredibly stupid. Really, this is the one argument where I could see there being some merit and actual discussion.

Examples of stupid arguments:

If gay parents raise a child, the child will become gay. - Well, how did so many people become gay? What's going on in families where the parents claim they are straight and cannot understand their child's behavior.

or

If you raise a child up in the church and they know the ways of the Lord, they won't become gay. - Again, there are plenty of gay people who grew up in the church - and who are even pastors. . . - yep, I know some arguments, but you can't seriously believe that all of those people are minions of the devil, or are confused, or . . .

If you all claim that being born gay is natural, how come many who manage to realise themselves and become christians are suddenly attracted to the opposite sex?  I have seen it on a reality programme 'Cheaters' and so many other programme. Soon, according to western standards, incest and those involved with child pornography will soon be a natural thing.  There are already nudists in the street of london, I guess that is natural too? The western world accepts it does not mean it is right!

for those who claim that christians are good, how come so many priests manage to realize themselves and rape little boys? I have seen it on a reality program called PRIME TIME NEWS. Soon, according to world standards, pedophillia and those involved with raping little boys will soon be a natural things. There are already child rapists in the churches of today. There are so many gays (guyz) in Nigeria now. In fact, its increasing @ an astronomical rate. There is a club on the Island where gayz meet on fridays. U could see up to 300 gays in 1 gathering.
I had a gay friend (unknow to me until recently). The association has caused me a lot anyway cos pips who knew him thot i was gay too.

I encourage parent to sit their children down as often and as frequently as possible and teach them culture that has value - the African culture. The west just do not know their origin and they have no culture - like rabbits and dogs. It is shame on humanity. You do not have to be a christian or muslim to know this.

I hate it when people refer to westerners in this way. I hate the attitude of 'we africans are better than westerners, and i hate people with that attitude.
