not possible unless

1. you are using a samsung phone with multiwindow support
2. any other built in like feature such as mini apps
3. you flash in a rom with multiwindow feature support to your phone

what they are is a package containing several small apps that can be use silmultaneously e.g a calculator, mini browser etc
