dude, use Corel draw, design a transcript for the school, fill in all your grades accordingly in the transcript template for the years you gonna need it 4 then give it to your school to sign and stamp but this should be after asking them if u can do such, entice 'em with cash if they ain't cooperating. If they do not accede to the request then whichever other route you choose take in getting a transcript would be justified.
