Started the legalization of my docs today, took it to the high court and to ministry of foreign affairs. I don't really know if it will be necessary to take it to the ministry of education too for legalization. Anyways ive promised to stop being a ghost member, so am passing through to honor the Gurus of the house and to check on Y'all wonderful brethren in the house. CONGRATS LostCITY!

That's more like it...hakeembee will be in a good position to tell u if you need to take it to the ministry of education but I doubt that..I think it's just that of foreign affairs...success all the way..bring your questions here and we all will tackle it together. We have gurus that have gone through this process and I know they are reading this

Normally school docs should first be authenticated in MOE then MOF,its advisable to get it legalized in MOE to avoid any delay.

Waec/Neco/GCE ....any of those as long its your secondary school certificate.

Legalization of doc can be done with ministry of government while notarization is done by a notary public, usually an High level lawyer putting a stamp on your docs to prove they are valid. I stand to be corrected tho....

Please note that certification and notarization aren't same...certification can been done in a high court but notarization must be done by a lawyer who is a notary public..this means the lawyer must have a notary seal..the charges are also different..u can certify with as little as 500 but notarization will cost over 2,000 depending on your bargaining power and the notary public

Dat na long tin. Just go to ministry of Education Liaison office in TBS, one of their staff will help facilitate it at a relatively moderate price. That is where me n guys did ours. And one of us is already on his way back from India with is Estonian visa.

Except you live in Abuja or relatively close to abuja
