For real, my friend who will be doing mine said that if you can be there before 9am, go to bank and pay ur #300 depending on how many copies ur doing. U will surely get it done before 4pm, however, there is what they called express there, 1k for a copy if u get the money.

sorry for the late reply, been bit busy with work. So i happened to have finished legalization both at the high court and foreign affairs, might probably go to the ministry of education tomorrow. am half done filling the forms for TRP . yet to book the hotel and buy the insurance though and yet to receive The Certifications of Enrollment from the school, expecting it anytime soon though.

A master degree applicant can enter Estonia with a schengen visa then obtain the TRP,but that is not possible for undergraduate as the TRP could only be gotten at Estonia embassy rep

Bro forget screen shot, we are living proof. @ lostcity, shengen visa enables you to enter the country or any shegen country and stay for 6months(but your port of entry must be estonia) while resident permit is an Id card that allows you to actually live in estonia for one year. @mryoung16 OYO lol.
