I can't seem to register. A yellow line with register or login is blocking the information space. I'm using a phone(blackberry z10) to do that. Could that be the cause? |

estherdim: How long do your orders take on average? I have done a lot of deliveries but so much pending orders since December... Been paid for a few of them. Do they return the orders to you if undeliverable? Even deliveries that are lagos addresses are pending for over 3 weeks! no payment in escrow. I actually put a pause on my deliveries now and rejecting new orders. Too much of my goods out there with kongo. |

Re: The Ultimate Guide To Selling Your Imported Goods On Konga Marketplace by Mobsync(m): 4:32pm On Feb 12, 2015 |
debbydee: I called Konga about it and I was told that it might have been due to poor network (on my side). I went to another Cyber Cafe and I was able to upload the photos. I think you need very good internet connection to be able to upload photos. |

Those of you that are interested in editing your photos to make it sharper and also meet pixel recommended by Konga (500x500) can do it here: http://www.freeonlinephotoeditor.com/ To edit to the recommended pixel, click "BROWSE," to upload image and then click "OK." The click on Basic> then Resize, to resize the image. (When resizing, unclick on the "Keep aspect ratio" else your image won't be 500x500 pixels.) Then click on Apply You can also sharpen your images by clicking on Basic then Sharpen/Blur. You can also crop (cut away unneeded parts) by clicking on Basic, then Crop. To save, click on file, choose your desired format then save. Or right click and then click on "save image as." I hope this helps. 3 Likes |
