Majorly has to do with your sleep posture. Are you fat? Do you smoke or take alcohol?? I think if you change the way you sleep you should be fine.

What do u mean by its nt ladylike? Is snoring d same thing as eating dat one shuld b blamed of? I dnt snore, bt u can help smone who snore, dou it depends on d reason. Smoking n drinking makes one snore, dt could b stopped or tamed. Nasal problems too can cause snoring, if it is d case of a blocked nose, try to relief d nose, if its normal or frm a fat person, sleeping on ur side can stop u frm snoring

I've got this perception that a real lady who knows her onions need to act and bhave like a lady. All the reasons you listed are temporal so she should be able to deal with it.

i don't understand any of u pipo ooo... so to snore is now a crime... snoring is natural, its the body's way of reacting to a stressful day.

i agree snoring can be annoying but everybody does it although some not as often as others...

if u have someone that snores just roll dem over when they do. that normally does the trick.

Don't sleep with your face facing up, sleep on your stomach or sleep sideways, it really helps.

There are so many things you could do to afford snoring. like sleeping on your side, losing weight, not having alcohol before bedtime and so on. and taking sleeping pills to bed leads to snoring.
