I consider this as clever ploy to douse some of the heat being generated in Nairaland by the current burning issue - Buhari's certificate or lack of it! Not taking the bait! 12 Likes 1 Share |

[quote author=acidtalk post=30065172]The election is less than a month away and so many people are still yet to decide on the candidate to be voted for especially in the post of President. I am neither an APC nor PDP member but i will want us to have a PUBLIC DEBATE on both the pros and cons of the two major candidates vying for the position of President in their respective parties in person of Let us have debaters who are staunch supporters of the two major candidates coming to sell their candidate to the millions of Nigeria populace. Lets have debate topics centered on the following : Security Health Youth Empowerment Corruption Governance Economy Agriculture Rule Of Law Transparency Social Development The debate should be based on FACTS, EVIDENCE, and RECORDS. Vulgal words and backlashes should be curtailed as much as possible. [/quote You are neither an APC nor PDP supporter you claim, so what's with the underhanded way you crossed out the DR in the president's name? What exactly are you implying with that cheeky move? 1 Like |

From what ave seen on NL.. A true debate is near impossible. The hatred and insults hurled against each other is just unbearable and Unimaginable. I think we should start on the issue of security first..... thrash it out completely...move to health.....economy...... I have small hope that the debate may be successful... LIFE TIME BAN FOR ANY INSULTS.... while its on 2 Likes |

I'm pro-Buhari and I have never hidden that. However, I have ability to rise above my personal choices. I offer to bring my coordination skills to bear in conducting the debate as Chairman of Debate Committee if offered. I won't be part of judges anyway. My role will just be to organize/coordinate alongside other team members. 5 Likes |
