I know the average IQ of local voting population, by running a jingle on Radio and saying "vote umbrella for president and rooster for other electives..'' is dangerous especially to APGA. Uninformed ones will just recall Umbrella (first in the jingles) and flatly vote it for every elective posts, leaving APGA with the votes of the elite.
He may have other motive(s) though

Obiano is not smiling at all..............

He knows Joe-Martins Uzodike very well. He is APGA since Peter Obi invited him to work with him but PDP blood runs in his veins.

Obiano is not ready for PDP excess when it comes to senatorial and constituency election hence anything that will jeopardize APGA chances. He is threading with caution just to deliver GEJ without negative effect on his party. The outcome of state constituency elaction will determine his acievements in the next three years. Opposition legislatures will definitely not favour him.
