Haba! A good number of this pictures were taken in 2011. As a matter of fact, they were shown on some National Television. My photographic memory has not deleted some of them. This is pure mis-information!

Pvc or temporal, what diff does it make? They got registered and no one arrested them, certainly, they will certainly get their parmanent card and they will vote with it, which is wrong.

And besides, those aren't just any ID cards, those things there are Temporary Voter's Cards. And if you don't have yours, it means you never registered and don't know what it looks like.
It also means that they can get PVCs if they were deemed old enough for TVCs.
