Moses warned against those that make predictions in the name of Jehovah that do not come true.

"And in case you should say in your heart: "How shall we know the word that Jehovah has not spoken?" When the prophet speaks in the name of Jehovah and the word does not occur or come true, that is the word that Jehovah did not speak..." Deuteronomy 18:20-22

The Watchtower says that the standard by which to judge a false messenger is whether their messages "come true."

"Jehovah is the Grand identifier of his true messengers. He identifies them by making the messages he delivers through them come true. Jehovah is also the Great Exposer of false messengers." Watchtower 1997 May 1 p.8

Ironic, considering the Watchtower specifically said the end would come in 1914 and then 1925. This section demonstrated over 20 "messages" promoted by the Watchtower for decades that turned out not to be "true." What does this prove about them as messengers and prophets ?

The Apostles are very much aware of who Jesus is truly is i.e (the son of God). Jesus have a God and father and he(Jesus) came to show us that God and father. And if you claim to be christ-like, you should follow suit.

Jesus quoted from Hebrew scriptures were YHWH was used extensively in the original manuscript. Other translation committed more blunder than NWT by removing YHWH from the Bible, using the word Cross/crucify when Jesus died on a TREE among other blunders.

These speakers are different because Isaiah 48:13 Is Y'hovah God speaking about creating all things,
and Colossians 1:16 is speaking of God creating all things through the Word and for the Word.

The Bible is full of verses showing Y'hovah is the Father and the Word is the Son.

Almighty God is one.
Mighty God is two.
And many other Gods exist.

If Jesus is another God and John said he had been God before creation then the means the Hebrew people have two Gods.
Why is this other God not mentioned in the Old Testament?

The problem with this JW is that they don't understand this. Jesus as God is different from Jesus as man. They are like two different roles he plays. Jesus as man is the son of man. As man Jesus is lower than God because all men are lower than God. As man Jesus has to be submissive to God and call Him his Father and his God because God is our God

But as God Jesus is equal to God and is one with God. As God Jesus is the Word of God and this is why John said the Word was God. He used the past tense "was God" to show that Jesus stop being God at a particular time. John went on to say the Word became flesh, implying the Jesus stop being God as at that time and Jesus became man.

Jesus later prayed in John 17:5 that God should give him the glory he had before the world began. After Jesus had accomplished his mission on earth God only gave to Jesus the glory he had before. God didn't make Jesus a God but He returned Jesus to his rightful position.

As a result of Jesus mission on earth Jesus had to play two roles:
1) The role of a divine man.
2) The role of the one and only true God.
