Another seed brain on rampage, Kayode said he helped the murderers with arms before the war, and I asked you, what rank was he and where was he posted to have such access or you don't have sense? dont you know that this is the first answers you need to get before you will decide which side to believe.
most of you here are exponentially stvpid and you dont have mercy for yourselves, you will be the first to throw your ignorance to the general public, without the right questions how can you just believe Kayode? what if he is lying?

Supposing Buhari at the time was serving at Calabar while the murder was going on in Kano, how could he have possibly done what Kayode alleged, the way your brain process details makes you totally unfit to be human.
Dawodu.com has become a credible source for civil war events, you see how crazy you are.

It is because Kayode knows that people like you exist he will be talking like someone with oral Diarrhea, for people like us, he needs to get more fact before he will be taken seriously, that is the clear difference between you and I, and until you upgrade your brain cells from analogue to digital, don't quote my post again, I dont have energy for capital one id!ots!!.

Don't come on the Internet to showcase your ignorance. Buharis participation in the counter coup along with others like Murtala,Danjuma,Martin Adamu,Bako and others has been public knowledge for many many years. Even Buhari in an interview just last year confirmed that he was a young lieutenant posted to the Army transport corps in Lagos and was there when the first coup and subsequent counter coup took place although he did not elaborate on his involvement. Buhari even said in that interview that one of his duties was to arrange military transportation for Ironsi and his entourage. Even Buharis Wikipedia web page puts him as a participant in that bloody coup. The police account of the bloody counter coup in which Buhari and co killed many Eastern officers cab be read :

http://www.waado.org/NigerDelta/Nigeria_Facts/MilitaryRule/Omoigui/NorthCounterCoup.htm

The above was written long before Buhari ever ventured into politics so it's not like it's some aimed at him because he now wants to be president. I encourage everyone to read it

Instead of coming online to indulge in petty name calling because you don't know how to use google,do some reading first.

I don’t think you people know what happened. What would you do when you went to bed and woke up and found that all the people from your area in the Army, innocent people were killed in their beds, some of them even with their wives – all done by Igbo officers? We bottled up this for six months from January to July. Then, the opportunity came for revenge.
In the Army, you are taught that when you are fired upon, you take cover and return fire. We didn’t return fire immedi¬ately. We gave Ironsi a chance to deal with the people who killed our seniors. He did not. Then foolish people like (Peter Pan) Enahoro were talking about national heroes ¬that people who did the killings were national heroes.
We couldn’t understand! If politicians were corrupt, why didn’t you confine yourself to killing politicians? If it was necessary that the Army should take over, why was it that this same Army should eliminate the cream of that Army and leave us With absolutely useless people, like Ironsi who was a desk-clerk Head of State? We couldn’t understand it. But we bottled this up till July and when the opportunity came, we decided to revenge. This is what happened… Max Siollun 2008

EXPOSED: BUHARI, AMAECHI WERE ACTUALLY ARRESTED IN LONDON (SEE VIDEO)
March 20, 2015 · by udumakalu · Bookmark the permalink. ·

Buhahari arrives at Chatham House this morning with governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State
He arrived in a private people people carrier – see above.  Why was he leaving in a police van?  Someone nearby can be heard shouting “take the picture” and “we got him”.

Is this related to the failed attempt to kidnap Umaru Dikko from the streets of London in the 1980s and fly him back to Nigeria?

We are trying to confirm this with London’s Metropolitan Police.

It was like a joke yesterday when a video showing clips of General Buhari being conveyed to a waiting British Police Armor Criminal Carrier {ACC} to be whisked off, was shared from the Media and Publicity page of the PDPPCO on facebook. Though its source is yet unknown. In the video as attached here, General Buhari was accompanied by His Personal Lawyer, His Personal Doctor and 2 leaders (Ameachi and some other unknown leader) of the APC into the waiting van admits tight security.

Details of eye witnesses in the Chatham House events informed fact-seeking Nigerians that the General and his entourage had arrived the venue in a Limousine. Though some APC apologist had made claims that the General arrived in a London taxi which has been dispelled as the regular falsehood of the APC. On inquiries from some Nigerians in the UK on why a Nigerian former General and currently a Presidential was whisked away by the police, after the widely publicized event that was shaded in secrecy led to some revelations.

REVELATIONS WERE AS FOLLOWS
The General was actually whisked off by a British arm of the Interpol (International Police) on an arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court of The Hague.

Further revelations showed that a Criminal Case against Humanity, filed in the by one Professor GORAN SLUITER, an international Law Professor of the University Amsterdam, sometime in the first week of February will be due for hearing on the second week of April. The ICC took the advantage of raising an arrest warrant to secretly arrest the General and be kept until the court hearing. Reasons was that in an unlikely event that the opposition party were to win the March 28th elections, it would be difficult to arrest the arrest the General to face his charges.

General Buhari will be standing trial for his crimes against humanity where over 800 Nigerian youths were killed during the post-election crisis in 2011, and another 65,000 persons displaced. The family of the slain have already given their evidence and are seeking justice for the death of the family members. Joint as co- plaintiffs in the case are youths that were dismembered and handicapped during the post-election crisis. Also as evidence are recordings of General Buhari publicly inciting his followers to kill all those that tried to take away their votes. In another evidence, are voice recordings of Buhari where he told some members of the press that the youths that died, deserved to die.

Findings revealed that the General was actually kept in the custody of the police in an undisclosed location for four days while members of the opposition rallied round for his bail. As we speak, some members has been held as surety for the General with some advance bonds have been made by his party.

SIDE THEORY
Part of the conspiracy revealed that the party hierarchy are not really bothered about what happens to Buhari as the Vice Presidential candidate will automatically stand in as President in an unlikely event that the APC wins the elections.

It is also revealed that as at when the Interpol arrived the venue, The APC Leaders like Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Rotimi Ameachi had quietly scampered for safety in a like events that they would be asked to accompany the General. They were not sure what the offences were. Ameachi was practically forced to join them.. he was said to have told the Police to allow him walk in alone. Notice a policeman pushing him in? Tinubu was no where to be found till the departure of the Van.

More details will be coming!

lolzzzzzzz, beer parlour Alomo talk.
Igbos and their akamu brain.
Charles keery the pilot who facilitated Ojukwu's escape has an account in a book titled " last plane from uli" have you read it?

beg indeed! how much begging do you intend to beg president Assad to vacate Syria? Gaddafi to vacate libya and Hitler to vacate Germany?

Only in Nigeria a war lord will waste 3m lives and run away like a headless chicken then return from exile to take a title from his survivors.

Only in Nigeria an individual will pick up arms and fight the government claiming to be a freedom fighter, after a while, same government buys him with Amnesty and we hail losers as heroes. Nobody will ever ask if the people he risked his life to free is indeed free?

People like you know nothing about heroism, people like you are programmed to be mediocre that only a natural process or accident can depopulate the ideology you wield.

Thank God for Jim nwobodo who called Ojukwu a coward to his face, tested his popularity at the polls and beat him hands down.

At the Senatorial election, Onwudiwe tested Ojukwu's popularity again at the polls and beat him to an after life revenge.

With Obasanjo, Ojukwu was humiliated beyond recognition with his political career closed like a pot of soup,

I don't blame most of you, shaa that is why disgruntled Igbos are giving Jonathan a bl0w j0b when it is evident there is nothing to show for the dumb loyalty, na today Igbos begin mumu!!

Who did more harm to the Igbos during the civil war, Obasanjo or Buhari? If civil war sentiments are still a very strong factor in eastern politics then why did Igbos vote for Obasanjo in 1999 and 2003 when he was the very same commander who forced the surrender of Biafra. Remember Ojukwu himself was a candidate in the 2003 elections yet the Igbos rejected his candidacy. Now they are supposed to have issues with Buhari who was a mere captain during the war with no command over any troops. I think someone is clearly trying to pull a fast one on eastern voters in this election. Hopefully they won't fall for it.

Toktee:
i thought you want to said, shagari was pardon while ekwueme was sent to jail, since you are good at history, why don't you state what sent them to jail individually for all to know?
What was ekwueme's offence and that of shagari?
Dnt mind my English, just answer the question

I was going to ignore this but I am compelled to respond.

Shagari was spared jail time because he is a core-Northerner. He is Hausa-Fulani. Therefore, he doesn't deserve to be disrespected.

Shagari was at the helm of the government Buhari toppled. Buhari and his fellow coup plotters accused Shagari of squandermania, and election rigging. It is then illogical that the same Shagari who was accused of gross corruption, and election rigging was spared jail time. Shagari was never prosecuted. His vice, who had less influence in the Shagari administration was hauled into Kirikiri without due-process, conviction, or trial. Please bear in mind, that Ekwueme was a multimillionaire before he joined the Shagari ticket. Ekwueme owned hotels across Nigeria before 1979. Ekwueme owns the Modotels across Nigeria. He was self made. Ekwueme was never found guilty of anything, but yet he languished in detention for years. Ekwueme was not alone. Most Southern Governors were jailed, while their Northern counterparts were spared jail time. To call Buhari a tribal bigot is an understatement. Nigeria will relieve Buhari again. Watch and see.

Soyinka railed against the inequitable treatment meted out to Ewueme, as opposed to how Shagari was handled with a kid glove. It took clarion calls from Soyinka, and Gani Fawahemi, and other well meaning Nigerians before Ekwueme was released from Kirikiri.
