The constitution of a democratic govt is different from Monarch. In England people criticse the Prime Minister but the Queen is left out of it. You have opposition party in democracy whose main job is to antagonise the ruling party you do not have that in Monarchy.

To misunderstand the governing structure of both systems of government is a major error which I think the Igbos are sleepwalking into in Lagos. You don't expect monarchs to apologise.
