Congrats on your phone interview. Please what was the nature of questions you were asked? Any competency based questions, as in "tell me a time when you displayed certain skills"?

Nope! In my opinion there is no better prepared when it comes to interviews. Do you think the panel is stupid or naive? They are aware that the questions they ask candidates is something of public knowledge hence your originality in your answers is the key which by the way a lot of candidates lack as they prepare some internet researched answer to questions asked.

Again, why do you think they keep asking the same questions? They want to see hear something unique, which I must confess a lot of graduates interviewing for job positions lack...Uniqueness. They keep hearing the same old rehashed answers that everyone thinks is the best answer to that particular question...they get bored out of their mind. I would.

Whatever will be, will be! If he'll be selected, nothing can change it (even if his succeeded interviewed candidates got access to all the interview questions).

please i want to ask you, have you done your telephone interview yet, cos for you to be invited for an interview in their office then it means you must have bin successful at an earlier stage sort of.

BAT's site is avin issues ..cant even chec my status...bt dey assured us it wud b rectified by 2mro

My job application status and my commununications has been wiped out...hope dis is nt a means 4 BAT 2 reject som peeps n i notycd dis after d maintenance of deir site....any1 wit such similar issues wo hs rectiified it shud pls advise me on wat 2 do
