The fact that it wasn't stated explicitly by BAT does not mean it won't be taken into consideration. Do you think they will accept just anybody, even if you are 35, for a management trainee position Stop being naive bro.

Mine was reading 22 April 2015 before just checked today and the HR status date is 14 May 2015...I believe they just reviewed our application on the 14th

I got a regret mail today too after waiting for my telephone interview that didn't come for weeks, it could be age factor as suggested...I don't blame them though cos God has compensated me with a better offer.. . Meanwhile sipping cold drinks and Shakiti Bobo playing underground as I read d regret mail and smiled

i got a regret mail yestrday though am very sure it was not bcause of the test i did...cuz those questions where as easy as ABC....it might b age related as i am above 26 bt less than 30....anyway God knows best hoping for a better luck next time...for those who might need it..the mail goes thus.......
