Dear House, please is it true that we do not need account statement when we gain admissions to expensive schools like UNSW after paying the tution deposits? Dear gurus help

Hello house, I'm just joining this thread. I applied to the Australian embassy on the 2nd of this month and I'm still awaiting...but the suspense is killing me. School resumes on the 27th of this month and I haven't sorted my accommodation.

Hello all,
Please I would like to clarify some things:
I arrived Australia about a week ago, can my husband put in his application as subsequent entrant now?
And what are his chances owing to the fact that he has been previously denied a student visa last year June?
Then lastly, I would appreciate a guide on the GTE statement, will it be written by me or him?
Thank you

Yes...I was sponsored by my distant Aunty who happens to be a citizen... All I used as proof was sworn affidavit. You can however use ur sister's birth and marriage certificate as well as a letter of sponsorship from him stating your relationship. Regards

I do not think it would work for Michv if this In-Law is not an Australian citizen oo. I stand to be corrected though

This is why I think so. There was no reference to Uncles and Aunts. As I said, just my opinion. Maybe someone else can help us clarify. Ehen! That reminds me...where is WestAfrican ooo?

Twelve months' funds option
Evidence of funds can include money deposits, financial institution or government loans, scholarships or sponsorships. You can calculate the total amount of funds you will need by adding living costs, course fees, schooling costs and travel costs. Use the information below to calculate the total amount of funds you will need.

Annual income option
The annual income option requires a student to provide evidence of personal annual income of at least AUD 60,000. For students accompanied by family members, the requirement is at least AUD 70,000. The income demonstrated must be the personal income of your spouse (who is not coming with you) or parents. Where both of your parents are working, their combined income can be considered for this requirement. Evidence must be in the form of official government documents such as tax assessments. Evidence in the form of bank statements or information directly from an employer is not acceptable.
