His Camp 5 abode which was built by Julius Berger, could house thousands of fighters in the creeks. It has surface to air missiles and had its own refinery! Just google it. This was the period of Presidents OBJ and Yaradua.
Fast forward to the era of GEJ, a civillian. It was not just tribalism. He was simply scared of the militants.
The Northerners are complaining that GEJ should be charged for genocide, but let everyone google and read about the bombardment of Okorenkoko in Gbaramatu Kingdom. It is on record that the Army publicly apologised for the attack from air, land and sea of a defenceless community where not a single arrest was made. Tom P is being paid to patrol the water ways against piracy and also pipelines along the water ways..since he started, we haven't recorded any case of sea piracy..that we still lost 400,000 is just a general statement mischievously made just to whip up sentiment...The question you have to ask is, before Tom P was awarded the contract, how many barrels of crude oil do we loose per day? Compare it with what they said we loose today..Another question, who measured the number of barrels we loose per day? What scale of measurement do they use to arrive at 400,000? Before Tom P started the job, who was safeguarding the water ways? What's their success rate compared to what Tom P is doing today...After answering the question, then we can talk..

2.You measure the lost oil by simple arithmatic of subtraction. Oil received at the terminal - Totalised produced oil = stolen oil (how hard is that)
3. Before Tom P started safeguarding the water ways, we had JTF arresting your goons and you screaming "na awa oyel"
