That's true. Also, you can check the settings first from your Admin area. Admin Menu >> Settings >> SPC GATEWAY/API SETTINGS >> Length of 1 SMS page for multiple pages.

If it is blank, it may be a reason for it. Include what you want.

On the Backend of the website, it says that the user has never logged in before

But two days ago, 3 failed transaction came in via Voguepay in a text message from the email account registered.

I went to check the account and it has no phone number and still says it has never logged in

HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?

I will advice you to delete and re-register the person and send a default password for him to change it. If the units are actually from the user u can credit d account with the remaining units
