@Ppmoma, I don't find them motivating. The're fake and have that "porn star" look about them. 1 Like |

EfemenaXY: What is the surgery part? The curves of the hips or the flat tummy? There are women like that covered with Hijab, iro and buba, bubu gowns and the sorts. Let me see if I can see black women with 4+ kids |

EfemenaXY: Well done. Slow and steady is the way. Actually, its been same with me....was never even big from the time i began trying to loose weight. I am always weight conscious so i dont get to that point where it looks hopeless loosing it. Used to be a size 8 top and 10 down but suddenly i got to 10 up and before i knew it, i was heading to 12 down, that was when i knew i had to do something drastic. I bought only 2 size 12 pants and kept repeating them cos i knew i wasnt gonna remain there for long. Again, knowing that i had nothing to wear was enough motivation to work hard so i can wear my clothes. So, here i am, almost totally back to comfortable size 8 top and i am back to my 10 down, although the scale keeps showing what suits it. Not bothered witb its reading anymore really. Meanwhile, i ordered 2kg weights from amazon this week and they are here...lol 1 Like |

Opella, just thought of you now, you've been kinda scarce. Trust you are much better now. Kisses to you LO. Efemenaxy - the masquerade that comes out only on weekends pls rest well o Damiso - you have become the fitness winsh...consistent and determined. Kudos As for moi, I took things really slow when everyone that saw me was asking if I was just recovering recovering from what kwa?? but I will maintain my flat tummy with whatever it takes. It took me so long to achieve it and everyone is asking for my secret on that levels I remember the days I used to disturb the house on how to burn the lower belly fat **wheww** Opella's "then and now" pics really motivated me |

EfemenaXY: Good morning to you too I am o I think the running bug has caught me simply because I see that's the fastest way to burn calories all those other work outs gosh it takes long man and there is no other added therapeutic effect of being outdoors with you and your thoughts.running is not just helping me physically, it's also helping me mentally and God knows how many things I have been able to check or think through while out running. I need challenges to keep me motivated cos I know myself if I have nothing to look forward to I will not remain motivated. |
