The Increased power supply and refineries operation isn't Buhari's doing indeed..buh the fear of Buhari turned things around. The power sector improved because they feared Buhari won't continue with its privatization. So they are doing everything posssible to make him believe in the concept.

Refineries on the other hand, initially(during GEJ's regime) were said to begin functioning by next year. Now, its a different song. Don't u sense anything? That's the fear of PMB for u
