God forbid. In the events of a war Edo State that Nigeria treats as eternal slaves allow their land to be used as a military base. That will lead to the total destruction of Edo State and Nigeria will not give a damn.

You guys don't even get it.

Even if the Biafran capital will be taken out of Enugu to any city owned by non-Igbo Biafrans, Benin will be the last place to be considered.

A great number of non-Igbo Biafrans have paid the ultimate sacrifice for Biafra. Places like Calabar, Uyo, Ikot-Ekpene, Yenagoa, Bonny, Eleme outrank Benin in terms of sacrifices their people have made to sustain Biafra.
The capital will be in a place of unquestionable Biafran consciousness. You want it to be in Benin were Biafrans were massacred by both Nigerian soldiers and Edo indigenes? That will be an insult to those that made far greater sacrifices.

Your other point about Nigeria using Benin as a base is not very persuasive as I am sure the Biafra military commanders can easily dispatch one or two million men-at-arms with adequate mechanised divisions and air and naval cover to obliterate whatever enemy force they will find in Benin. And possibly head unto Lagos and make it desolate as well as deposing the stranger oba, possibly have him hanged around Lagos lagoon area for proper effect
