Presumptuousness! U don't even know me,I don't go about unclad.....imagine the basis on which u're justifying evil..DRESSING,really?.. Whatever happened to discipline?..And,pls,stick to d context..I'm talking bout kids in d post. How provocative can a child possibly look?..Perhaps u find 4yr olds sexually provocative.

The rate of discipline for every individual vary.

Funny thing is, a large percentage of these stories is people, caught in the frenzy, letting their imagination get away from them.
