I don't belong to the school of thought that assign prostitution with polygamy. Reason being, no ideal environment to back up such ascertion. Economy, system of governance, unregulated birth rate are factors to be considered. The rate of prostitution is alarming, it is expected to be minimal when poligamy is practice in an "ideal" society.
