Bravo, fellow Toothfairian.

People go to church, the fall like trees when pastor touch them. Well many pastors tried that on me, it didn't work. Some even tried applying some force, I stagger back only to regain my balance. The pastor will glance sternly at me and walk away.

Let me understand your conception of God better.

- Is your God a self existing entity? If it is, what is it?

- Lets assume an entity is anthropomorphized as Jehovah and it is not really a human as descibed in the bible, what is this entity?

- A deduction was made out of John 1:1. In the begining was a word. And the word was God. The word is a sound energy. Can we agree Jehovah is a form of energy?

I agree. But nairaland is not real life. Most times when I engage theists in real life, they don't bicker back and forth as opposed to online arguments where you can reply a question with a question and then log out of your account and then conclude you've won the argument.

There's so much we can do offline to help this country become a better place and even here on nairaland we should be more active on the education section instead of here in the religious section because by default we are crossing enemy lines, so to say, here.

There's so much to read about and learn about that are not taught in average Nigerian schools. I've read some of your arguments and learnt a lot from you, johnnydon22, ifeness, teempakguy, menesheh etc but I just believe most of this knowledge should be posted in the science or education section.

There is a different between anthropomorphical representation and lingual expression..

There is no belief in lingual expression, the word is just used to quantify the value, Just like you and i know the Gallery of a theater is God.

So atheism entails disbelief in Personal Gods (Independent humanoid deities) But in terms of lingual representation there is no belief there so there can not be unbelief.

Atheism only negates Deities

You can only choose to apply the normal lingual expression as in the case of a pantheists referring to the universe as God and i as an atheist or any other person just refers to it as the universe.



There cannot be a belief needed for such values like i demonstrated above.....E.G the gallery of a theater

let's take this from the top and evaluate it with my context. then you will then evaluate it with your context and we will see where my context amounts to foolishness. remember as well, that your god claims to not be the author of confusion.

here we see jesus, telling his disciples to go out to the world and preach the gospel. to everyone. here he implies that not everyone will believe. he then says that whoever believes will be baptized. they will be immersed in a body of water, and they will be saved from eternal damnation. those who don't, will not be saved and therefore, they will be condemned.

Please God is not energy but energy is inherent in God's nature or being . Being as in wholeness . God exists as three persons - the Father , the Son and the Holy Spirit . God is an entity

You accuse me of believing in ETs....but what is an ET? who destroyed the tower of Babel,who were the sons of god? How was Sodom and Gomorrah destroyed? What was the wheel that appeared to Ezekiel....Can you answer these questions?
