1. Dasuki is a dying man and will naturally do what anyone in his shoes would do.

2. Dasuki's aide claimed Buhari got $300k and the presidency has clearly denied it, saying not a single kobo did Buhari get from Dasuki. It's left for Dasuki to prove the allegation. Was the money received by cash or through bank tranfer?

3. Getting vehicles from FG is statutory entitlement of past HOS. Did Dasuki use arms deal money to provide what was statutorily provided for? If he did, what happened with the budgeted money for that purpose? Or did Buhari get vehicles from ONSA and also got from another arm of government?

Dasuki is drowning already and will try to hang on to even any weightless leave around him. Let him tell his stories to the judge in court.

If the president received a bullet proof car and a specified amount of money from the arms deal then it must be returned otherwise he is just as guilty as the rest of them, if however he did not know that the money came from the arms deal and the same items were given to all past presidents then he's guilty of nothing!

1. An unnamed aide of Dasuki claims PMB collected money and you believe it but don't believe Adesina's statement? Which is easy to deny of the two statements: Dasuki's unnamed aide or Adesina's? Which of the two should even be believed to start with?

2. Even though I am not a law student or graduate, I maintain that Adesina's statement is unambiguous to unbiased minds. What is so difficult to comprehend in @Nothing beyond what was statutorily due to him"? It's left to anyone claiming otherwise to prove that he indeed got something "beyond what was statutorily due to him as a past HOS"

The issue isn't whether it was statutorily due to him, the issue is the channel through which this statutory allocation got to him. Is it okay for Buhari to get his statutory allocation from the NSA? If your answer is yes then it means the likes of Dokpesi and others have no case to answer. Only Dasuki and perhaps Jonathan should be the ones to address all the issues.

Well, the next questio is was it only Buhari that got his SUV thru ONSA? If GEJ made ONSA take charge of functions of all Service Chiefs, ministry of finance, SGF and others, you can't blame anyone who got whatever was their rights from ONSA. It is those who git what they didn't deserve that have questions to answer.

Did Dokpesi, Bafarawa, Yuguda and others deserve what they got? Let them tell their stories to the courts.

They've told their stories but your partisanship won't let you comprehend what they said. Dokpesi said the money he got from the NSA was for advert campaigns on AIT. And he said he had a meeting with Jonathan and Dasuki before the money was approved for him. Dasuki said all the money he released were endorsed by the President.

So in effect, Jonathan made NSA in charge of advert campaigns. So would you blame Dokpesi, Bode George and others for collecting the money? These guys are private contractors and they are simply doing business with Federal Government.
