The Presidential Spokesman has confirmed to Sahara reporters that President Buhari received money from Dasuki as well as the Bullet proof vehicles.

Adeshina claims they were statuary entitlements of the President.

This just got Real mehnnnnn

He will not attend meetings but will collect entitlements!

And did he declare this his statuary entitlements in his asset declaration?

So, if NSA is mandated to provide statutory entitlements to former Heads of State and presidents, how does it become a ground to embezzle all monies meant for something else?

1. Dasuki is a dying man and will naturally do what anyone in his shoes would do.

2. Dasuki's aide claimed Buhari got $300k and the presidency has clearly denied it, saying not a single kobo did Buhari get from Dasuki. It's left for Dasuki to prove the allegation. Was the money received by cash or through bank tranfer?

3. Getting vehicles from FG is statutory entitlement of past HOS. Did Dasuki use arms deal money to provide what was statutorily provided for? If he did, what happened with the budgeted money for that purpose? Or did Buhari get vehicles from ONSA and also got from another arm of government?

Dasuki is drowning already and will try to hang on to even any weightless leave around him. Let him tell his stories to the judge in court.

well said...wailers will always seek reasons to wail,

There's a difference between statutory entitlements and straight up embezzlement! If the president received a bullet proof car and a specified amount of money from the arms deal then it must be returned otherwise he is just as guilty as the rest of them, if however he did not know that the money came from the arms deal and the same items were given to all past presidents then he's guilty of nothing!
Hmmm it is good for us to always be unbiased in any form of judgement o. Before now no one ever asked if Dopkesi and other knew whether the money being paid to them was from arms deal, but now you are giving Buhari an escape route.
Now here is your own report card. If you did not ask similar question for the others but now u are asking for Buhari then it shows your bias

Buhari denies receiving $300 000 from Dasuki 18:23 15/12/2015 Abuja - President Muhammadu Buhari has denied receiving $300 000 from the embattled former National Security Adviser (NSA), Sambo Dasuki, reports NewsDay . President Buhari was reacting to claims by Dasuki in his statement to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) that he gave the President $300 000 out of the $2b meant for the purchase of arms for the Nigerian military. Buhari stated that he did not receive a kobo from the former NSA as being claimed by Dasuki. Also read: Nigeria’s ex-National Security Adviser in court over $68m fraud Buhari, who spoke through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adeshina, noted that he only got two Toyota Land Cruiser jeeps from the Presidency before his inauguration on May 29, 2015. Adesina said the jeeps, one armoured and the other ordinary, were sent to Buhari shortly after the attack on his vehicles in Kaduna State by members of the Boko Haram sect.. It would be recalled that Buhari was attacked in July 2014 by the Boko Haram terrorists on Ali Akilu Road, Kawo-Kaduna.

I really hate when people type rubbish, does Dokpesi have the same defense as the president? The president was giving an entitlement and this entitlement was given to all past head of states according to the allegation, this automatically gives him a chance legally, Dokpesi and others accused cannot lay claim to the same defense. If however they can defend themselves in court, let them do it after all they are all innocent till proven guilty!

Whether statutory or not. Did u receive money from arms deal ? Yes. Buhari is Guilty! Corrupt dullard
Your mumu na grade one, Every past Head of States all over the world are entitle to to certain amount of money depend on how much and when they give them the money.. Now if Dasuki approve money for Buhari its GEJ that assign Dasuki to be in position to be doing that.. Now your question should be Did PMB receive more than what he is entitle to? mind you during the electioneering, The President mention how much he receive and how he spend the money... You didn't even address any of the points I raised:
1. An unnamed aide of Dasuki claims PMB collected money and you believe it but don't believe Adesina's statement? Which is easy to deny of the two statements: Dasuki's unnamed aide or Adesina's? Which of the two should even be believed to start with?

2. Even though I am not a law student or graduate, I maintain that Adesina's statement is unambiguous to unbiased minds. What is so difficult to comprehend in @Nothing beyond what was statutorily due to him"? It's left to anyone claiming otherwise to prove that he indeed got something "beyond what was statutorily due to him as a past HOS"

Done with this issue.
The issue isn't whether it was statutorily due to him, the issue is the channel through which this statutory allocation got to him.

Femi Adesina was asked if the NSA gave Buhari the SUVs and instead of him saying yes or no he said those SUVs where Buhari's entitlements. It means he indirectly admitted that it was the NSA that gave Buhari those cars.

Is it okay for Buhari to get his statutory allocations from the NSA?

If your answer is YES then it means the likes of Dokpesi and others have no case to answer since their moneys too are "statutory" as far as they are concerned. Only Dasuki and perhaps Jonathan should be the ones to address all the issues.

But if your answer is NO then Buhari has as much case to answer like the rest.

Well, the next question is was it only Buhari that got his SUV thru ONSA? If GEJ made ONSA take charge of functions of all Service Chiefs, ministry of finance, SGF and others, you can't blame anyone who got whatever was their rights from ONSA. It is those who git what they didn't deserve that have questions to answer.

Did Dokpesi, Bafarawa, Yuguda and others deserve what they got? Let them tell their stories to the courts.

They've told their stories but your partisanship won't let you comprehend what they said. Dokpesi said the money he got from the NSA was for advert campaigns on AIT. And he said he had a meeting with Jonathan and Dasuki before the money was approved for him. Dasuki said all the money he released were endorsed by the President.

So in effect, Jonathan made NSA in charge of funding advert campaigns among other things. So would you blame Dokpesi, Bode George and others for collecting the money? These guys are private contractors and they are simply doing business with Federal Government.
