Agreed PMB collected money but how will that stop dasuki's trial. Dasuki naming Obama or the pope cannot save him, those sympathetic to him should not worsen his case, the charges against him have drown him already.

Who would have thought Buhari ever received anything from Jonathan's government?
Who?

Anything is possible for a man who joined the armed forces of the zoo called Nigeria through the backdoor. I guess everyone is not a dumbass like majority of Nigerians.

it is part of their duty to provide security for all ex-presidents so all ex-presidents collected money from him and it is well within their rights, nothing underhanded about that

This makes me recall that wise saying: "When one finger touches palm oil, the entire hand gets stained by it."

When PMB was shopping for made in heaven ministers and aides whose hands are spotlessly clean, he already had an idea of what would happen when these series of probes goes deep and wide. He didn't want to be pronounced "guilty by association"

You see, this fight against corruption can only go so far. It will be almost impossible to find any high placed officials who this sleaze will not implicate in one way or the other in the long run.

The judiciary is so weak.
The hands of the anti-corruption agency is tied.
There are people still regarded as sacred cows (e.g. Sanusi)

The anti-corruption war is so multifaceted, it is becoming cumbersome. If, by the first quarter of 2016 there is still no conviction, then I'm afraid there won't be any. The charade has gotten boring already.

Abeg o... make the hands of anti-corruption no tie oooo.

I pray it doesn't stop just like that. No matter who and who was involved, PMB should continue with this probe. If he himself collected money from this largesse, then just like everyone who did the same, they should all pay back to avoid future occurrences. May God never allow the continuous mortgaging of children's future.

Chukwu ekwela ihe ojoo. PMB biko, if any yam came to you be fair to Nigerians who stood under the sun to vote you and pay back but don't look back on this. Collect back our money and jail anyone who refuse to oblige.

The ONSA is statutorily empowered to provide entitlements due past HOS and presidents. So, no news here.
PassingShot:
So, if NSA is mandated to provide statutory entitlements to former Heads of States and presidents, how does it become a ground to embezzle all monies meant for something else?
And the topic is more than misleading. Femi Adesina didn't confirm Buhari received money from Dasuki. So, why saying he confirms Buhari received money from him?
Dasuki is a sinking man who will always try to grab unto leaves even though he knows he will eventually get drowned.

Please how is this thread misleading? Sahara Reporters asked a direct question If it was true that Buhari collected money from Dasuki, Adeshina responded that he did but It was his entitlement. Nothing misleading here.

It is well stated that PMB also received cash from Dasuki. Is the ONSA responsible for PMB's salary?

Mod should ban or suspend the OP for this misleading post. Think of your credible readers. This ongoing probe is very important to us Nigerians and our allies.

Let's not cast aspersions.... And for the record. The office of the NSA has every right to provide for all the head of states. I don't see what's wrong here

dont be foolish ok. DASUKI was never our minister of finance, cbn governor or accountant general of d federation who make payments on behalf of d FG. if buhari got his statutory entitlement from dasuki, and dokpesi got payments for a job he did from dasuki, why r both of them not in kuje prison right now? this govt is a failed govt.

Adesina didn't say "he did" as you're reporting but "nothing beyond what he was statutorily entitled to". And that did not confirm receiving money. Buhari would not have received any money from Dasuki but from FG for his monthly entitlement as a former HOS.

Case dismissed if Dasuki cannot state specifically what Buhari got from him which was not his statutory entitlement.

How can Buhari call the then GEJ led FG Boko Haram and still go ahead to receive anything at all from them.
Shouldn't he boycott such gifts...statutory or not? Knowing fully well, it's all blood money?

Hahaha.. a lot of Jonathanian infantiles jubilating across Nigeria that an incorruptible Buhari received his 'pension' money from the office of the national security adviser. But their brains have not bothered to ask if it was legally or illegally. And then by tomorrow, when the story breaks that it was just the usual 'legal' security entitlement every past president receives, they will resume their wailings about the government being biased.. Such pathetic souls!

Then Adesina is a bad spokesman. Why did he not specify that? The question was if Buhari recieved money from Dasuki.

Be angry with Adesina and not with me abeg. Carry your frustration go. Why did Buhari not declare these dollars when declaring his asests?

You criminalize every payment made by Dasuki but now want us to accept that Buhari's share of #Dasukigate is statutory. Was $300,000 also statutory? Why shouldn't we accept blogger, Dokpesi and the rest also got paid for their services and forget.
This is a combination of #Dasukigate and #Buharigate.
