Okay, let me start by saying I moved to this new neighborhood about eleven months ago and my next door neighbors are a Nigerian family. And I have noticed a strange Behaviour with their son who is about my age. Whenever he sees me, he looks at me over his shoulder and mutter some words to himself while looking at the reflection of his face at the window of his father's car. I find this really weird. What could this mean? |
