Good morning Great people, am so glad I found this trend, I installed a third party software in the hopes of recovering my lost deleted files, consequently this action made my PC freezes every seconds, now how reset the windows, uninstall and update graphic drivers, still the same

I have checked my drivers and they all seem up to date. I use a Dell Latitude e6540 with win 11 btw

Pls laptop engineers i need a quick response, i have a system that the mouse moves on the screen by itself without me operating it. Also when ever i plug in the charger, it wont increase it will remain stuck. I have tried another charger still the same issue. What is the problem, and how much will it cost to repair the system?

OK, what type of laptop is it? And secondly is the laptop keyboard keys all functioning well.
If the keys are working well, then it most likely from the power source, if the type of charger you are using is not original, it can make the laptop cursor to misbehave.
As regards the laptop not charging, many factors could cause it, like battery, charging port, fault on the motherboard etc

Hp interceleron, and the keys are working fine. Also the charger is a follow come charger when it was bought.

Try changing the battery then and confirm if it will charge. And if I may ask does the laptop make beeping noise sometimes when you you try to power it on?
