He doesnt need to have thr mega funds he can pull of things as long as he has the necessary backings, which i dont think is a big deal. Puresolutions:i agree with your first paragraph not just on his first business, but its bad putting all eggs in a basket. However i dont think buying a farm or a shop is a good advice.
