When will Bubu start mentiining the Fulani herdsmen as part of our security challenges?

To Buhari, the only security challenge is oil. Come to the north, you will know why northern politicians fight tooth and nail to keep the oil flowing. Oil flows through their vains like blood. The current oil war has pauperised the region so much that you wonder if the beneficiaries are in this distress because of oil shortage, what about the owners?

Lol I thought the operation crocodile smile was supposed to be a military operation.Which other action is Left for them? The fact that there are still bombing even in the midst of the so-called operation crocodile smile is a slap to the Nigerian military
Exercise and operation are two different words with different meanings and they are not used interchangeably. What is happening in the northeast is called Operation Lafiya Dole while what happened in the south south is Exercise Crocodile Smile. One is training and the other is not. If a full fledged millitary offensive were to take place in the SS, the word "genocide" would have been part of this ur song.

Bully u into silence? How? On the contrary, I prefer u continue with ur rants and never give peace a chance so that u will see how worthless u and ur fellows will get in the end and were necessary, a proper search team be deployed for all the economic saboteurs. Meanwhile, good Nigerians are still busy with their legitimate biz while students are still studying in their respective institutions; meaning, life continues. grin

You clearly have no idea how much Nigeria pays to allow just that.

Asking for development in the same areas they (militants) have destroyed. Can development start in a place that has been pepetually bombed. Their children would live to tell the story.

President Muhammadu Buhari in Kaduna on Saturday warned that decisive military action was still an option to deal with militancy in Niger Delta if militants continued with sabotage.

The president gave the warning at the Passing out Parade of 133 Cadets of 63rd Regular Course of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA).

Mr. Buhari, who expressed happiness that the Boko Haram insurgency in the North East was being defeated, however, noted that militancy and other forms of emerging threats, including kidnapping, were negatively impacting the nation’s economy.

He said the clean-up of the Ogoniland was one of the ways to deal with the root causes of militancy in the region.

“However, for avoidance of doubt, let me state that other options are still open, including decisive military action.

where did he mention NIGER DELTA in the writeup Y are u guys overheating the polity
“Today, criminal elements disguise in ethnic regalia to sabotage the country, largely for their selfish and parochial interests.

“I reiterate the call on all Nigerians to give peace a chance and jettison negative tendencies and join government’s efforts aimed at addressing the numerous challenges in the task of building a better Nigeria,” Mr. Buhari said.

The president, however, added that his administration would prioritise constructive engagement of relevant parties in dialogue to address issues.

On the insurgency in the North East, the president said although his administration “inherited a badly managed Boko Haram”, the capacity of the insurgents to launch attack had been “significantly curtailed.”

He also said that their capacity to take territories had been knocked out, adding that ongoing operations were to clear remnants of the terrorists from their hideouts.

The president charged the newly commissioned officers to remain apolitical, patriotic and loyal to the nation at all times.

He reminded them that they no longer belong to themselves, their parents, families, tribes and villages but the nation and be ready to pay the supreme sacrifice if the need arises. (NAN)

BTW even losing 100k barrels is bad enough. For you to even celebrate 1.7 when you can do 2.2 you must be sick. Do you know what 500k barrels can do to the Nigerian economy?
