If you doubt check allocation to states from the beginning of this year. The one shared for this month was shown on nairaland yesterday or the day before. If you question my source then just scroll back to few days. I asked why they were being given such small allocation & it was attributed to indebtedness. Wherever you got your tag of wailing from is up to you. When I made my observation, I ended it by saying it was my personal opinion.
