The guy is right ! EFCC is doing a shoddy job.So what is the charge ? He said he owns the money and is left for EFCC to say the money is a proceed of crime . Failure to do so me as they have no case , technically speaking .

The source of the money has to be investigated first. A case involving that amount of money must not be swept under the rug. I strongly believe he got that money illegally.

This is where you need the DSS. Let the DSS invade this thief's residence after the DSS must have planted some guns in his bedroom. The DSS will then discover the guns and thereafter charge Adrew Yakubu for possession of sophisticated firearms and planning to overthrow the government. That is Treason, Felony and Treasonable Felony. Se Fini. Then the guy will be locked up in the same prison as the PDP ATM Dasuki Sambo where no court will be able to set him free, no even the ECOWAS court.
