The YouTube videos are nowhere near enough evidence to prove treasonable felony. I've just done some research on the matter and it seems that this treasonable felony charge relied quite a bit on the "illegal radio transmission charge", the very same one that's just been thrown out of court, I believe. It's one thing saying that you should buy loads of weapons for whatever purpose but it's another thing to actually do it or even have the means to do it. Where was Kanu going to get these weapons from? How would he be able to afford it? We're not talking about a couple of rifles here, rather an arsenal that's capable of challenging a whole army. Pray tell, how was Kanu going to be able to do all of this? If you can't then you have to admit that the charges against him are nonsensical.
