BERNIMOORE:
Doyin2 i am taking you from here

because you relied heavily on these documents below in your post, THE CONTROVERSIAL RESULT READS...MOHAMMED BUHARI And Not MUHADMMADU BUHARI...two different people!

BERNIMOORE:
who is he? Mohamed or Muhammadu.. answer in affirmative or be silent before i expose your curiosity! who is he? is your president a thief? if not why would he be claiming 'one mohamed's result' without any recognised link whatsoever? see bubu's sworn affidavit below;

BERNIMOORE:
Now Sahara Reporters Claimed that Dino actually Graduated Out of phobia fear of Dino! while the katsina secondary school still expects your bubu buhari to come and collect ''another mans result Mohammed Buhari'' till today na run.

BERNIMOORE:
shut up and listen. mohammadu and mohamed are same in Arabic or so, but where is the clarification? None! Can you withdraw money from a bank teller without clarifying mohammadu and mohamed as same?

your Bubu president NEVER I MENTION,HE NEVER SWORE ANY AFFIDAVIT TO BACK HIS CLAIM EVER THAT HE BARE MOHAMED Are you crying now that he disapoint the Oluwoleism cambridge concorted document? grin sorry o we are on a long thing here grin

BERNIMOORE:
while Basic requirement was over-met by Dino as confirmed by SR claiming that he graduated with 3rd class. Buhari case is far worse! Buhari commit perjury while Dino Did Not commit perjury! its a fact!

BERNIMOORE:
where is Doyin2 to come and answer this? Basic requirement of presidency was not met By Buhari, i stand to be corrected. He failed Woefully to present his result as demanded by the Electoral Act 2011. WHICH STATES....AUTHENTICATE YOUR AFFIDAVIT WITH YOUR RESULT(Certified true copy, photocopy et al) Muhammadu Buhari Only swear an Affidavit without Certified true copy, photocopy et al with the nothern conspiracy behind JEGA to win election!

BERNIMOORE:
Shut up, hand of jacob, voice of Esau. The Name on the result matters before the 72 yr old Muhammadu Buhari picture 'super-inposed' on 'one mohammed' result. different from 'Muhammadu' Buhari

BERNIMOORE:
So the so called cambridge Clearance of 'one Mohammed Buhari' is NOT MUHHAMADU BUHARI The controversial incapacitated president of Nigeria. Dino Melaye first Degree is Not controversial as confirmed by SR themselves as a graduate with 3rd class. Till today. INEC NEVER POSSES MUHAMMADU BUHARI WASC CERTIFICATE. which our supposed president Sworn AFFIDAVIT INDICATES

BERNIMOORE:
Buhari sec school in katsina only released a result of 'one mohammed Buhari' and Not 'Muhhamadu Buhari' i am sure that you are brave to know that you cannot draw a cheque in a bank with muhammadu mistaken for Mohammed, im i right? keep it there, Can you Guys tell us why Buhari did not submit the forged result released by his Katsina school to the Inec?

BERNIMOORE:
Now lets check some facts on those documents

you need to zoom the images below for full understanding)

1. imposition of one document on another (sample 1 and sample 2) (pupple and pink color only for illustration pls note its ours)
2. yellow lines 'D' in (sample 3) are Added lines to cover-up traces of imposition of specimen (H1) and column lines where names (specimen H1) are printed do not align with the blank columns (note; rectangular tiny line was only for illustration and nor part of doc)
3. sample 4, more on column lines where names (specimen H1) are printed do not align with the blank columns (note, yellow highlighted lines was introduced only (as an) illustration and 'not part of doc' )

Hmm.

I just noticed how you have infected the thread with same old programmed song.

However, in addition to being more desperate than you, PDP, the then ruling party, had sufficient machinery to press for confirmation of Bubu's certificate and throw him in jail if he was found guilty of forgery or impersonation (I notice how the crime has changed from forgery to impersonation and perjury, lol)

Stop dragging issues backward as all these rubbish had been trashed long ago.

The army stated that Bubu's certificate was not seen in his record but there were entries of his results in a form, right?

Okay, note, the record was initially missing, meaning Bubu had no access to it as at the time he requested for his statement of results from his school in Katsina.
Later, after election, the file was found and its content was immediately shown to the general public by the army.

The question now is; is it a mere coincidence that the result contained in the statement/spread sheet (which according to you belongs to someone else) matched with the results in Bubu's army file on one hand and the same name and year of exam matched with Cambridge records on the other hand? What a super coincidence.

Dude, rather than going back to an issue already trashed long ago, you should have just concentrated half of the efforts in tracking the proceedings of this certificate saga.

Yeah, the Abokii had been ignoring the blunders committed by the "educated Osu" until the Osu tried to activate the usual ranting mode of "education".

Funny how the "educated Osu" quickly switched from the programmed certificate song mode to start clinging on a rotten and weak straw by localising recession.

The educated Osu can go and hug any transformer because even the Onikuje of kuje prison can only rant.

The "educated Osu" can never be a domestic staff to the "certificateless" president.

Chronology of the Eligibility-suit which was originally filled in late january2015 and slated for mention/hearing on February 3rd

Orders granted in the suits so far

1, Justice Adeniyi Ademola had granted ex-parte orders permitting the plaintiffs in two separate suits challenging Buhari’s eligility, to serve him through newspaper publications.

2, The court also granted an order of abridgment of time within which the defendants must respond to the suits.

Buhari and Apc were adamant and refusing to aknowledge the orders, which shows they are heading for the consequencies of the judgement which will not help buhari in anywaywhatsoever, a sitting judge is a refferee and decides the proceedings in the court

February 3rd

When the matter came up on Monday Feb 3rd, the trial judge, Justice Ademola Adeniyi, granted Ozoaka’s(plaintiff counsel) request for substituted service on the APC presidential candidate before fixing Monday feb 9th for hearing of the case.

February 9th
http://thenewsnigeria.com.ng/2015/02/09/court-to-hear-suit-to-stop-buhari-23-february/

http://dailypost.ng/2015/02/09/disqualification-suit-apc-buhari-oppose-substituted-service/

Buhari/Apc/inec (defendants) acknowledged service via Friday 6th february newspaper publication, but disagrees with justice orders of service through newspapers substituted service, (an objection which can only be duly contested in ‘the court of appeal
)’

Buhari’s lead lawyer, Chief Wole Olanipekun, indicated to the court that in view of the addendum published by the plaintiff in the Newspapers in compliance with the orders of the court on substituted service of the court’s processes granted the plaintiffs, that the ‘service time’only started counting for the defence team last Friday( Friday 6th february ) and that they(defendants) are within time to file their processes before the court.
It is expected that the defendants should serve the plaintiffs ‘statement of defence’ or processes before the next adjournment of 24th February, however, the defendants Buhari/Apc/inec failed to serve the plaintiffs their replies and processes

Though, both Buhari and the APC had yet to file any papers in the suit, their lawyers– Chief Wole Olanipekun and Lateef Fagbemi, representing both the APC and Buhari, appealed to the court for an adjournment to enable them file all the necessary documents.

Fagbemi also asked the court to ‎set aside the order of abridgment of time within which the defendants must file their responses, saying that the urgency, upon which the order was given had been diminished with the postponement of the poll from February 14 to March 28.

24th february

At the resumed hearing of the matter, on 24th February the plaintiffs’ counsel Chief Mike Ozekhome, told the court that he was willing to commence his argument in the matter, but could not as he had not been served with all the processes of the defendants.
He was, however, eventually served with the processes in court, but he(plaintiff) asked the court for a short adjournment to enable him to respond to the motion.(which he would have responded had it been that he was earlier served by the defendants (Buhari/Apc/inec)

Plaintiff counsel Ozekhome further asked the court for accelerated hearing of the suits.
But the defence counsel, Akin Olujimi and Lateef Fagbemi, were quick to respond that there was an application praying the court to set aside the totality of the suit.

The defendants (Buhari/Apc/inec) had thought that justice Ademola of the federal high court Abuja would rule early on their application to set aside the totality of the suit of which if he did the defendants would have rushed to the appeal court to appeal the refusal of that application,

(thereby trying to hang the case at court of appeal, and just bring a notice to the fed high court to ‘stay proceedings on this case, but justice Ademola did not fall into that trap). Adjourned till march 19th

March 19

http://www.voiceofnigeria.org/nigeria/buhari-eligibility-suit-fixed-for-march-28.html

At the resumed hearing on Thursday march 19th, counsels representing the defendants presidential flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) and the APC in a suit seeking the Independent National Electoral Commission to disqualify Buhari from contesting the March 28, presidential election by the plaintiffs, urged the Federal High Court Abuja not to rush the suit in the interest of justice.(having failed in the trap to take and hang the case in appeal court)

Buhari, 1st defendant in the suit filed by an Abuja based legal practitioner, Barrister Chinwuike Okafor, is being represented by Wale Olanipekun SAN, while the APC’s (2nd defendant) counsel is Chief Lateef Fagbemi SAN.

At Thursdays proceedings, counsel to the plaintiff, Chief Mike Ozekhome had informed the court of the need for expeditious hearing of the matter, adding that time was of the essence since the crux of the suit deals with the disqualification of General Buhari, whom the plaintiff alleged, is not qualified to contest the presidential election slated for March 28.

Ozekhome had invited the court to “take together and cumulatively” the originating summon and all pending applications challenging the jurisdiction of the court because "the presidential election will hold on March 28".

However, reacting, Olanipekun reminded the presiding judge, Justice Adeniyi Ademola that the court adjourned on February 23, to hear his application challenging service by substituted means and other pending applications.

“We are taking aback by the narrative of the plaintiff’s counsel; I perceive his position as being targeted at the presidential election of March 28. My Lord, no law or authority has compelled court to decide pre-election matter before day of election proper", Olanipekun stated.

“My Lord, Section 87(11) of the Electoral Act cautions the court not to take any action or make an injunction that will stop the holding of primary or general election.

“Pre-election matter is not like election petition suit. There is no time limit set to decide pre-election matter. The court is not encouraged to rush pre-election matter because it is said that justice rushed, is justice crushed. Hurrying of justice is a stepmother of misfortune” Olanipekun said.
More so, Buhari’s lawyer cited Section 138 (c) of the Evidence Act that enjoins courts to take judicial notice of newspaper publications.
Therefore, Olanipekun referred the court to a newspaper publication where the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Mahmud Mohammed had warned judicial officers on the occasion of swearing in of election petition tribunal members not to allow politicians or litigants to use them to scuttle the democratic process.

Hence, he vehemently opposed plaintiff counsel Ozekhome’s submission.

Similarly, counsel to the APC, Fagbemi while objecting to the application of the plaintiff, said, “I have never seen where the issue of challenge to service by substituted means is lumped up with the originating summon, adding that they even announced appearance in protest.

“Issue of service is factual and legal. We have to thrash it out first before talking about the originating summon” Fagbemi said.

However, Ozekhome took exception to the statements of the defendants, saying he has always advocated that the general elections should hold on March 28.

it will be recalled that the defendant counsel Fagbemi asked the court(on february 9th) to ‎set aside the order of abridgment of time within which the defendants must file their responses, saying that the urgency, upon which the order was given had been diminished with the postponement of the poll from February 14 to March 28(that is taking into consideration the election dates in view)

but changes tune so as to delay time and wrongly disregarding ealier orders 1 and 2 above

plaintiff counsel Ozekhome said;

“I am for election holding on March 28; I never said the court should decide the suit before election nor have intention to scuttle the democratic process,"

“Our application has to do with disqualification of Buhari; deciding the case on time and having one candidate disqualified out of 16 flag bearers cannot scuttle the presidential election of March 28.

However, after counsels had argued on whether or not the court will take the originating summon alongside all pending applications as moved by Ozekhome, citing Order 29 rule 1-5 of the Federal High Court, Justice Ademola adjourned till March 24 for ruling.

having wasted all their time in the court(2, The court also granted an order of abridgment of time within which the defendants must respond to the suits) before the election as granted in 1 and 2 above, and defying court orders, buhari highly risk disqualification as all the claims of the originating suits that bothers on 'perjury' non attachment of certificate to authenticate affidavits, and non submission of date of birth certificate etc have not beign replied and may be deemed to be true thereby rendering their client disqualified, the stage seem to be set for an 'appeal in the court of appeal' but then read the cases lost by contesting 'order of service' http://www.nigeria-law.org/Mohammed%20Mari%20Kida%20v%20A.D%20Ogunmola.htm

However, Ozekhome took exception to the statements of the defendants, saying he has always advocated that the general elections should hold on March 28.

it will be recalled that the defendant counsel Fagbemi asked the court(on february 9th) to ‎set aside the order of abridgment of time within which the defendants must file their responses, saying that the urgency, upon which the order was given had been diminished with the postponement of the poll from February 14 to March 28(that is taking into consideration the election dates in view)

but changes tune so as to delay time and wrongly disregarding ealier orders 1 and 2 above

plaintiff counsel Ozekhome said;

''The All Progressives Congress (APC) has warned against any orchestrated, last-minute disqualification of its presidential candidate, Gen. Muhammadu, in order to pave the way for an easy victory for President Goodluck Jonathan or even another postponement of the elections ”If it is true, as it is being widely speculated across the country, that the Jonathan Administration has procured a judgement to disqualify the APC Presidential Candidate on Wednesday, when the Federal High Court in Abuja is expected to rule on the issue, then itportends a great danger for our country,” the party warned in a statement issued in Abuja on Tuesday by its National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed.

No, another fraud came into the play, the judge Ademola was offered N500,000 at that time to back down and soft peddal, thereby compromising a judicial process which later haut Ademola himself

Kola Awodein paid the money to Justice Ademola in 2015 at the time the judge was presiding over the Buhari’s certificate case.

Agi had claimed to the DSS investigator that the sum of N500,000 paid to Justice Ademola

I won't be surprised at what liepods believe these days. After all, they believe one Ogbonna who stated that the present occupant of Aso Rock is not Bubu but a different person on whom plastic surgery was carried out.

The good thing is that all these craps being posted here wouldn't in any way stop the process of governance from continuing as the more learned Nigerians can criticise Bubu for anything but certificate.

And it wouldn't stop corrupt politicians from being hacked, be it academic or financial corruption.

So, you can go on and on with your Aba made analysis, but Bubu is the president and anything may stop him being so but certificate.

Now you can see how facts reduced you to one dimensional, I am a yoruba man, Omo Oodua Nimi Gidi gan gan, you cannot even attempt any of these facts presented because 'they were meant to be supressed' by the so called BMC crew even if the BMC crew carry fire on head here i will simple remove the fire and put it to the floor, i have saved these facts for future purposes so that objective readers will know that buhari robbed the nation 'by not possesing his SSCE result' thereby commiting obvious rape in the face of democracy. As you can see the members of the so called BMC cant attempts my correlated facts and evidence knocking Buhari qualification to shreds, if they can dare attempt my post one by one from page 5 let them counter and match it fact for fact evidence for evidence, the onle thing they will do is to insult and try to change the topic.

stop changing stories, here is the truth about buhari certificate

The army statement on buhari's result stands unopposed as follows

Records available indicate that Major General M Buhari applied to join the military as a Form Six student of the Provincial Secondary School, Katsina on 18 Oct 61. His application was duly endorsed by the Principal of the school, who also wrote a report on him and recommended him to be suitable for military commission. It is a practice in the NA that before candidates are shortlisted for commissioning into the officers’ cadre of the Service, the Selection Board verifies the original copies of credentials that are presented.

Hahahahahaha! Land grabbers everywhere.

I repeat, go and say that to the marines.

Lies of this nature can only thrive on ladiobiafla where the likes of Ogbonna are the main news correspondents.

Again, the relevant electoral body had certified Bubu fit to vie for the office he presently occupies and there is nothing any hate-bred nitwits can do about it.

If you have issues with his certificate, go and challenge it in the court rather than spamming nl with all these Aba made "correlation" lacking in simple logic.

Even the Onikuje of kuje prison can only rant and nothing more.

The good and learned people of Nigeria are strongly behind Bubu and no amount of propaganda garnished with lies can stop Bubu from tracking down any corrupt official, whatever his/her status.

You can activate the programmed mode, "Buhari show us your certificate", at least the IB has left a good legacy in addition to "cheap rice".

I hate engaging in any interaction with unintelligent creatures.

Dude you are becoming boring and annoying.

Bye.

Evidence abound that he never met the criteria. remember that you are still yet to counter all statement of claims i have been showing you since page 5, telling me to tell the Marines shows you lack ideas and wants a cheap way out of this argument grin to butress my point on the issue you raised;

Former President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Olisa Agbakoba (SAN),

In a video of the Channels TV, Agbakoba said he had had a good look at the nomination form, especially as the current form for the 2015 elections is different. The new form has a fragment titled 'Produce Evidence Of Qualification'. In his own calculation, this part was not filled in properly by General Buhari and this might cause a problem down the line.

He said: “As lawyers we go for evidence. Based on the form before me, I do feel that the form has been wrongly filled. I saw in the papers yesterday … but I wished that the certificate was not published so that the distraction will not be there. “The last thing we want is for General Buhari to be disqualified for non completion of the form. The truth is that he did not complete the form; he put in an affidavit that his certificates are with the army, that is non-compliance, so generally speaking Read more: https://politics.naij.com/362576-buhari-risks-disqualification-olisa-agbakoba.html

According to reports, Buhari had stated in the affidavit that: “I am the above-named person and deponent to this affidavit therein. All my academic qualifications, documents as filled in my presidential form, President APC/001/2015, are currently with the Secretary, Military Board, as of the time of presenting this affidavit. The affidavit is made in good faith and for record purpose.

The Director of Army Public Relations, Brigadier-General Olajide Laleye, who said the army has been inundated with request for the General’s credentials, added that it was only in possession of a letter from the Principal of the Provincial Secondary School, Kastina, recommending Buhari as fit for military commissioning in 1960.

Buhari Certificate: Army Deny Possession Of WASC
He said that the Army also have in its possessions Nigerian Army Form 199A where the General indicated after commissioning that he obtained credits in four subjects and a pass in another. However, it is not in possession of a certificate to prove same.

In the document passed around to journalists for sighting, the letter reads in part; “I recommend him fit for military commissioning, I consider that he will pass the WASC examination in English, Math and three other subjects.”
