Isn't Cerebral Palsy basically paralysis of the Cerebrum?

Then Macrocephaly is an unusual enlargement of the brain

Those are way dangerous side effects...

I vote to end such a baby's life once and for all...but he/she grows up to become a likely special needs child

That a man slept with you or rather you slept with each other doesn't mean it has to result in pregnancy. However, this possibility and others like infections etc should have been thought about when you both decided to have a go at it and efforts made to prevent undesirable outcome.
