I am surprised Gombe State is not Mentioned among them, because up till now workers are owed promotion arrears and allowances, while Retirees are still not paid |

Habakus: But is he owing workers some months salary or not ? The NLC is not talking about his performance in other areas, they are concern about workers welfare. Wey Kwara inside? Ain't sure this dude knows what he talking about. The governor claims he not owing anybody salary, but local government are being owed nothing less than 7 months. The last Paris refund he got 5billion, he paid just one month, allegedly want to use about 3billion for elections. Abia state is owing local government 5 months now and the pensioners including teacher and yet they claim to have paid all. They ended paying only ministries upto date. |

9jakohai: what true federalism and possibly restructuring can do is to marge some of the states together. the truth most states are not economically viable. if you marge them ,instead of having plethora of commissioners,special advisers ,special assistants ,special aids and all what not in one state;just have few ministers from one region and save loads of money on waste |
