All the judges that preside over d federal high court to make such stupid declaration need their brains reexamined.

When did a self struggle without weapons for actualization of a sovereign state becomes a terror

If such struggle is a terror, why hasn't Spain declared those agitating for Catalonia state a terrorist

Black man is indeed stupid and backward in nature. I wonder if we will ever be civilized in handling matter like d West

Nothing funny. You can keep laughing. Your laughter doesn't change the fact that genocide has been committed. Judgment may not come now but will surely come some day. Am sure someone like you laughed during Rwanda, liberia,Sierra leone.,etc but 20yrs down the line, am sure they are no longer laughing.
I pray God gives you wisdom.

When will Fulani herdsmen be branded terrorists, too? Buhari is a sick, tribal president. IPOB is not a terrorist group. A group that fights for self-determination is not "terrorist" in any way. Nnamdi Kanu might have gotten carried away by the attention he got following his release from jail, but if Nigeria has a problem with things he said, they should take him to court.

This is a lawless country! Buhari's government is a lawless administration!
He is already in court and he is violating his bail conditions, sooner than later he will come out from where he is hiding.

This just went from 0 to 100 quickly.

Now the questions are

1. Can Nnamdi Kanu be tried as a terrorist since laws are not retroactive.

2. What can the Senate president do?

3. What is the option for NNamdi Kanu and his supporters?

4. Remember that Nelson Mandela was once called a terrorist. Any similarity?

True, laws are not retrogressive but if you look closely at the Nigerian Constitution, you will realise that it was always there in Black and White that any Act of Secession is TREASONABLE and an act of war against Nigeria.

Specifically, read Section 86.

Ironically as 'fate' would have it, it was another Nnamdi (but an Nnamdi Azikwe in 1956) who specifically requested, argued and ensured that the Constitution contains such provision.

Biafra agitation is far beyond IPOB.
Concentrating on IPOB is a big waste of time and resources.

Until the root cause of the agitation for over 50years now is addressed to a reasonable extent, all these are mere temporary solution.

Saraki is just playing to the gallery, trying to profit from the misery of Igbos, for his own political ambition but he is bound to fail.

Option for Nnamdi kanu is JAIL.

For the people he had deceived, they need to be re-oriented.
One thing they fail to realise is that the problem of Nigeria is not tribal or regional.
It is a CLASS problem. The Looters Vs. the Down trodden.

You will find Looters in all Regions, Tribes, Language and Religion
You will also find the Down-trodden in all Regions, Tribes, Language and Religion.
Therefore, ALL are marginalised.

What needs to be done is for the down-trodden (including the foolish Nnamdi Zombies) to identify those who loot their future and make good-living impossible for them.... and attack them.

Abusing and attacking Yorubas or Northerners is a show of foolishness.

There is no similairty between Kanu and Mandela at all.
- Mandella was fighting for Aparhtied (foreigners ruling his country), Kanu is fighting for ethnic supremacy.
- Mandela was not trying to arogate what belonged to the whole country, to his own tribe, as Knau is trying to do.
- Mandela was more cerebral, accomplished, compared to the nitwit called Kanu
- Mandela was universally respected while Kanu is not even respected completely in his own State of Abia, not to mention nationally or internationally.
Nations were boycotting global events for an end to Apparthied, no one even remembers the rat called Kanu, at the ongoing U.N, for example. grin grin
- Mandela was not using foul language against his own country and country's people, unlike Kanu who is calling other Nigerians "animals and calling Nigeria a Zoo.

Comparing a 'nobody' like Nnamdi Kanu, to mandela, is an inult on the legacy of Mandela.
Kanu is just an egocentric, egomaniac playing on the gullibility of the local folks at his beck.

EVEN IF DEY DID, THE JUDGEMENT WOULD BE ILLEGAL AND UNCONSITUTIONAL.

INTERNATIONALLY IT WILL NOT BE RESPECTED OR RECOGNISED UNDER INTERNATIONAL LAW.

ONLY ALTERNATIVE IS TO HOLD A REFERENDUM OR NEGOTIATE WITH IPOB, THERE ARE NO OTHER LEGAL MEANS TO RESOLVE THE AGITATION.

U CANNOT PROSCRIBE A NATION, IT IS UNHEARD OF AND AN ULTRA VIRES DECISION, BY ANY COURT THAT TOES THAT LINE.

Go and tell that to world bodies. You think labeling ipob terrorists is just for the fun of it. It is just an attempt to making the killing of unarmed civilians legal.
make I tell you,the army must be queried for the killings, and the excuse is they are terrorists but it won't fly.
