As a matter of fact, the La Liga president said the exact OPPOSITE of what you are saying. In any case, the rules of the Spanish league only allows clubs from Spain and Andorra take part in the league. In the event of a seccession, Barca is automatically expelled from La Liga and would have to wait for the rule to first be amended before they can be readmitted.
