Another mythical project

Of course, an intergovernmental agreement is not a contract that directly precedes construction, but it fits in with Rosatom’s plans to build a solid legal basis for international nuclear energy partnership.
Read more: http://voiceofrussia.com/2011/08/07/54312600/

Its an MOU you clown.

Meanwhile in South Africa:

Russia's atomic energy agency said Monday it will provide up to eight nuclear reactors to South Africa by 2023 in a $50m strategic partnership between the two countries

South Africa currently has only one nuclear power plant. The new Russian reactors are expected to go online in 2023.

http://www.timeslive.co.za/local/2014/09/22/russia-and-south-africa-sign-nuclear-energy-deal

As usual, South Africans only talk of facts, Nigerians talk about dreams

Nigerians, come back and talk to us when you actually have a nuclear power plant grin

Nope, we signed agreement and South Africa too signed agreement according to your own source.

If ours is an MOU, then yours is an MOU too grin grin

Thiza: Mr. Salkida’s tweet appeared to confirm that the Boko Haram “officer” killed by Nigerian soldiers in Konduga was a different person from Mr. Shekau. In fact, Nigerian security officials have maintained for months that Mr. Shekau was dead, apparently killed by his own disaffected lieutenants in an internal rivalry for control of the terrorist organization.

Ahmed Salkida, journalist
In a tweet earlier today, Mr. Salkida also dismissed media reports that the Nigerian government was negotiating with Boko Haram for the release of more than 200 schoolgirls kidnapped in mid-April by Boko Haram militants in Chibok, Borno State. The reporter’s tweet also described as untrue reports that the International Red Cross (IRC) was working on a deal that would persuade Boko Haram to free the abducted Chibok schoolgirls in exchange for the release of detained Islamist insurgents in the custody of Nigerian security agencies.

Nigerian army has 'ShekauII' dead body, ask the people who say no, to show us his living body talking grin grin

Thiza: he reported killing of a top Boko Haram leader said to be Abubakar Shekau has again ignited a fresh controversy between Nigerian and Cameroonian troops.

The Cameroon Concord had on Monday quoted a military source as having said that Shekau was killed on Saturday by the Cameroonian Army during a cross border aerial bombardment of his hideout in Nigeria.

To prove the killing, the newspaper also published photographs of the bearded man it said was Shekau who usually appears in videos as the leader of Boko Haram.

It made reference to a statement by the Cameroonian military authorities on the killing but was silent on its content.

The paper added in the report that the Cameroon army had been in serious combat against thousands of Boko Haram fighters trying to enter Cameroon through Fotokol from Gamboru Ngala in Borno State.

But Nigeria’s Defence authorities dismissed the claim that the said Shekau was killed by Cameroonian security forces within Nigeria.

Let Cameroon show us 'Shekau II' dead body and Mowag APC the same way we display everything in Nigeria grin grin

FAIL !! grin grin

Mokopa missiles does NOT have any mmW and IIR, they are hopeful upgrades NEVER done, according to your own source. The two technologies are American inventions NOT South African.....you are a thief grin grin

Even America has problem with mmW and has been slated for ban because it causes skin harming radiation and is viewed as 'chemical/biological weapon.' Anyway, South Africa does not have it, and it is NOT fitted on any Mokopa missile.

All Mokopa missiles are laser guided ONLY and Nigerian T-84 will jam them and they are useless grin grin

See another proof that confirms what I warned you about the weakness of Ingwe and Mokopa missiles, ALL their laser guidance systems can be jammed by ordinary smoke, not to even mention the advanced Virta Optronics Counter-Measures jamming of Nigerian army T-84 specially built to disable all enemy laser targeting systems from land and air.

"Conventional missile guidance systems use lasers for guidance but these are not useable in bad weather. With the capability to see through fog, rain, smoke and dust, missile guidance systems at mm-wavelengths provide an alternative."

"Millimetre-wave systems can only operate at distances of a few kilometres and so can only be used for short range missiles or when the missile is almost at its target to give precision aiming."

"This new technology has met with some criticism. The main concern is that the effects intensify on sweaty skin and may produce harmful hotspots as a result of a radiation build up"

http://www.vision4thefuture.org/s4_resources/3_military.htm

IIR guidance too does NOT exist on Mokopa or Ingwe missiles, South Africa does NOT have them, it is another American invention from 1970s....you are a liar and thief grin grin

"Imaging sensors were used with precision guided weapons since the early 1970. Until recently, lack of processing power and datalink capacity have limited the use of such guidance techniques to relatively short range direct attack weapons (such as Maverick) and medium range strike missiles (such as Have Lite and SLAM)."

http://defense-update.com/products/i/IIR-VIS-guidance.htm

Now Retaaard of Gauteng, you did NOT know the technology you were talking about and Nigerian's as usual have come to your rescue and educated you roundly grin grin

Also, the mmW is very short millimeter waves meaning thee user has to be very close to the target, then T-84 super tank of Nigeria has remote control anti-aircraft gun guided by sensors, rangefinders, and optics, it automatically fires on enemy aircraft, and any Rooivalk that comes close will be sh.ot down immediately !

Then your Rooivalk risks to comes close to our T-84 tank ? Nigerian army air defenses are there with newly arrived and currently in-service shilka AAA, Type 90 AAA, and Roland SAM.....ALL South African Rooivalk heicopters will be eaten up by Nigerian Roland missiles....and you no helicopter gunships anymore...$40 million x 10 = $400 million wasted in 5 minutes grin grin

Even if you fly Hawk jets, we will sh.oot them all down ! Nigeria too has an air force so come and taste out PL-9C air to air missiles !

ALL South African Mokopa and Ingwe anti-tank missiles are ONLY laser guided and will be jammed by ordinary smoke, not to even mention Nigeria's T-84 special Varta Optronics Super Jammers !

We drive T-84 Oplots unstoppable from Cape Town to Pretoria, destroying everything called South African army as we colonize you grin grin

.

Long post

Nothing that related specifically to the Makopa

10km range

milimeter band radar + datalink

Dead T80

First, I never said the seekers are a South African invention - so that is irrelevant
Second, mmW is not banned (they are talking about something completely different you illiterate buffoon)
Third, we do have it and it is fitted - burden of proof is on you to show that we do not

1. SPAAG like the Shilka is obsolete
2. Type 90 AAA is not mobile enough to keep up with mobile formations, not to mention yours is neither new nor modern
3. Rooivalk can engage the Rolands from 10km out and then come in close if need be.
4. Your 3 airworthy J-7's will be mincemeat - what are 18 Gripens going do be doing? (Apart from dropping JDAM's)

show the proof, just because thre is a pic of ONE tank that looks like some tank does not mean it is in servers. You Nigerians are for ever claiming you bought this and that yet when we see what your solders use in battle, we see none of it. You claimed T72s with zero proof and now you claiming to buy tanks from Ukraine a country in a full blown civil war as enough spare new production tanks to sell? Once again I need proof.

Nigeria had signed a long standing contract with ukraine for the delivery of T-84M tanks. There hve been tank crews training in the ukraine on the system, even before the Ukraine crisis began.

Nigerians do not claim. I provided prove on a Czech republic newspaper which clearly stated nigeria, Algeria and India are to take delivery of T-72's from cezch surplus stock.

There is no proof nigeria received or use the following,
****Fighter jets( although we haven't yet seen these)
Streit MK III
MRAPs
MI-35M helicopters
T-84 Oplot
Gulma Etc etc, however, we've seen photos of nigerian troops and pilots operating these systems.

Our Airforce constantly sees combat and is by no means under-equipped. We instead have decided to grow our fleet with 40 new helicopters.

19 previously ordered
21 remaining in 2015.

The MI-35M is one of the world's most advanced and sophisticated attack helicopter, and is miles ahead your half-french helicopter.
