You and I both know the sugar theorem has loopholes. Not like i advocte eating sweeties recklessly, but if we look at the food we consume as Nigerians, our daily intake comprises of large amount of sugar. From the drinks, to noodles, to spice, to rice, to bread, our overall daily aggregate sugar intake level is as high as raw sugar, we just eat the sugar baked/cooked, not like we totally eliminate sugar intake.


Anyways, guys need to cut down on beers, soft drink, i know i've abstained from all kinds of soft drink for over 5 years now. I wonder why people don't see that these soft drinks are becoming toxic for our lives.

We need tell our brothers, replace the canned drinks with malt, yoghirt, pure milk that provide nourishment etc.
