What is the proof that the results they are claiming is from INEC server? And even if they are able to prove that it could also be argued that they change the results after hacking the server.

Even if the inec server was hacked to get the information is immaterial as illegally acquired evidence is admissible in law

it is a serious criminal offence to hack into INEC database, it is a treason offence if established. No matter how unreasonable allegations he is bringing forward, atiku and obi will never rule Nigeria. Going to court by atiku with flimsy allegations is a gross abuse of court processes
