Keke was only banned in major roads like Azikiwe road, Trans Amadi road, Aba road, Olu Obasanjo etc. Places like Ada George, Agip, Wimpy etc, is open to keke

This is the area where the useless poverty inflicted old man called abagworo lives in PH. This area is called Eligbam/Ebonyi. This is like the Ajegunle of Port Harcourt, but there's almost 17-20hrs light daily here. I don't know how the community got such favor. In the whole Port Harcourt the have the longest power supply.
lol and how did you come to the conclusion that they have the longest power supply ? My estate where I live , we have almost 22 hours of light daily

Rivers state isn't locked down.

Just curfew on streets where the major markets are and borders shut.

Stop saying what you don't know. I live in woji and for the past 2 years we've been experiencing 24/7 power supply and when I say 24/7 I mean it. It is only this past month they started misbehaving and even at that we still get about 17hrs light daily.

I don't live in PH, but a regular visitor, but I am talking about my experience and what I heard from a Taylor in that area. Don't know much about Woji areas

Well done. Are there mobile policemen blocking some roads?

PH does not need soldiers and Police to comply to government directives. PH is a sane society, it's not like Warri where both the soldiers and citizens are all agberos

keep up the good work, don't mind the trolls who see staying at home as a permanent solution, stay at home order just made them look relevant for the first time in their lives.

Port Harcourt is a beautiful city, but just like every city including New York, it has the good, bad and ugly, but generally it is a nice place.
