You need to leave that area, come out small. Town is too old now. Each time I go to town now it reminds me of my secondary school days, when town was the heart of ph. If you dey stay for town u b big boy, plus that's where all the men that matters lived. There and old gra.
Town now looks like Ibadan and Warri. Old buildings everywhere, looking like a fishing port.

Benin and Yenagoa has better roads than Warri. I know Warri is not a capital city, but it's more popular than Asaba.

LNG Ke?!The whole of that place u just mentioned that is sand filled to where LNG,Prodeco, Bourbon inter oils and the rest belongs to Intels.I repeat Intels.Intels bought and Sand filled those areas before them begin share land give those ones.LNG that just kicked off their project there.
To me any extra land space u see there belongs to INTELS.
