Omolola, This one is complex oo . . .Can't speak or write english but her local lang? Firstly i would try giving her chances by teaching her little and encourage her to learn out door ''Cause my side is never enough for her to catch up'' so needs attending institutions. . . .Then we see what comes out of that. But if no good result,Then we can't continue!!! |

Why is this person an illiterate Bc she cant speak English? She is no different from another girl from another part of the world who cant speak English but can communicate in another language. E.g. a spanish or russian girl is no different from her. |
