Compare how long it took this project to even get signature of approval, never mind commencing work....compare this with how fast it took the Fulani gov’t of Buhari to approve the AKK gas pipeline (that will pump gas from the south-east to the core north), procure the pipes and other equipment, provide the necessary funds for mobilisation to site, and kick off the project in earnest! All done at the speed of light.....we (the mugus that is) all woke up one morning and heard AKK gas pipeline will be launched today!

You’ve got to give them credit for being selfish enough to take care of themselves first! Screw level-playing-field, equity and all that malarkey!
