My brother , we are now all aware that Beaf is an empty barrel with plenty of deciet yet nil analytical ability. Below is a contribution I made on a thread about how I believed that the SWF is simply a scam because it is obvious that when you combine the logic-defying haste with which $1 billion was withdrawn for the commencement of an SWF that has no legal backing plus how , traditionally , SWF tends to work well for nations where corruption is not endemic (clearly not Nigeria) then you have a situation where a Government is deliberately planning to fail or deliberately planning to defraud .
