Oga, I support Biafra and IPOB, we are fighting for freedom and civilization, this act of enforcing a decision is totally against the tenets. Seeing how Sad my neighbor and his daughter who are Biafra supporters were on Monday due to fear of going out to take Exam, made me to have double mind towards the current DOS of IPOB.
When is IPOB holding a townhall meeting for Igbos to input ideas for the best way to proceed with this agitation for Biafra?
I can see you have democratic mindset and believe in freedom of expression and personal choice.
Are you going to stop supporting ipob if they continue their current policies?

Yeah, if they keep attacking unarmed Igbos, I will stop supporting them for sure. We are free people, we believe in freedom, any act to enforce the idea on non believers will be tagged extremism and will be resisted

I support this Protest not because I don't support Biafra or I don't like MNK, but because I think Simon Ekpa and other IPOB leaders lacks the quality to lead.Attacking Igbos that came out for business is totally not accepted. I think Igbo people should come out and resist forceful sitting at home. It is against the modus Operandi established by our leader MNK.

An Igbo proverb says, K'anyi wepu aka enwe na ofe tupu owu o aka mmadu... another proverb says K'anyi nwere ehihie choo ewu oji tupu chi ejie

Our Children must write their exams on Mondays "MUST"

At a certain point, the people must be forced to a given direction to protect the interest of a greater number of people.

If it was the government that declared complete lockdown, people obeys wether it flouts their rights or not, other times, the government may initiate a martial law like curfew or state of emergency. At this point individual rights must be sacrificed for the greater survival of the entire population. Yes the government can kill you ultimately at times like this..

So now who is the government?
Ans= the one given the power.

Who gave the power?
Ans= The people.

Can the take the power back?
Ans= Absolutely.

Does the constitution guarant the people to do such?
Ans= absolutely!

In conclusion, the power demonstrated by the government is the power given by the people. It doesn't mean the people sold out their powers. They can withdraw the power at any time and lead a radical change if they deem fit. What elected officials are supposed to do when people starts taking back their rights is to humbly demand a dialogue with them. If they insist, then the only option is to step down.

Don't rejoice seeing counter protest, this is the sad response of the political class instead of reaching out to the people.
