Point of correction it wasn't Buhari but Giadom that called for NEC. Forget court removed him matter,we know what happened. I only pity for Nigeria the way the judiciary is being manipulated by politicians to settle scores. Let's even assume a court removed him, what happened to the deputy national chairman south or national vice chairman south south? They're the people who are supposed to take over by the APC constitution if the chairman is out. But Amaechi and co sponsored a jaguda backed by security agencies to forcefully take charge a creat a crisis because they want to take over the structure by all means. Everything leading to the dissolution of that EXCO was illegal. That's why Buhari begged that nobody should go to court. But is he still the problem now?

The next in line was Giadom but because he's from Amaechi's faction, the ACN bloc prodded Hilliard Etta to claim Ajimobi asked him to act on his behalf without providing any shred of evidence to back it up. If the ACN bloc had not tried to be power greedy, they should have just allowed Giadom to remain as acting chair and impress it upon Buhari the need to have a convention to appoint a substantive chairman, or conversely, get Oshiomole to rescind his suspension by his ward.
