Lol we go drop Nigerian citizenship for una immediately.

The only use I have for my Nigerian passport right now is to enter MMA, I don't even need it on the return trip.

Any Nigerian government that tries this will only be able to tax me on visa fees when I apply as a British citizen grin

There's actually no need to

Asides the US, Most countries tax their citizens based on residence. You'll only get taxed if you have spent at least 183 days in the country in a tax year.

Also in reality, its quite straightforward as there are usually tax treaties between most countries - Meaning you wont need to pay tax in one if you have paid in the other.

The man that forgives😂😂.

Imagine accusing one of the best Civil Servants we've had in Nigeria of incompetence because he supported PYO.
Happy that almost everyone is calling tinubu a liar on this.

Let's see who will be put there to do a better job.
This man got BAT to accept a fine of $100m.

Leave Monerozi o. The only developed country that does that is the USA and you know what comes with being an American citizen.

Our people will just give up their passports and become stateless rather than go through that nonsense

I dont think US tax citizens that has permanently relocated out of the states. I might be wrong though.

Those they tax are those living in the US but working overseas.

Jordan Williams is a lexicographer doing a great job reviving the Nsibidi writing system of the Igbos.

This project is quite impressive and laudable. I wonder if Yoruba people also had a similar writing system developed by the ancestors in the past eras as claimed by Otem.

If more people in Yorubaland and Igboland in the past had shown interest in these indigenous writing systems, they might still commonly be in use today instead of the Latin characters that are utilized as the standard characters in Yoruba and Igbo languages in modern times.

Kudos to Jordan for reviving this fascinating indigenous knowledge (writing) system. We need more of such projects in Africa, especially West Africa.

Yes it does and based on your worldwide income too.

So long as you are still a citizen. Infact, the FATCA is a big deal globally

Okay..

Maybe we can classify it this way;

Nollywood can be found on Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc

The rest are found on Africa Magic Epic, Igbo Yoruba and Hausa
