The bridge was built at Nmeata Anam, I was the one that took the pictures in 2015 ,the bridge and roads were built by Peter Obi after the heavy flooding around the riverine communities it was constructed by RCC

If you have brains, you will increase your state's IGR, and make your state more commercially viable, this is what makes a state and it's people prosperous.
